Prokaryotic virus Host Predictor (PHP) is a platform for host prediction of prokaryotic viruses. PHP takes the complete or partial genome sequences of prokaryotic viruses as inputs. It automatically calculates the probability scores between viruses and 60,105 prokaryote, and outputs the predicted host with the highest score and the score of hosts for all prokaryotes.
